QIAgility Automated Liquid Handler Training

Last June 6, 2013, we had our training for the QIAgility Automated Liquid Handler. The QIAgility will aid in the high-throughput sample preparation of the DNA Sequencing Core Facility. During the training, we practiced preparing a PCR reaction mix for a set of cDNA samples reverse transcribed from the total RNA of zebrafish exposed to chromium c/o the Molecular Toxicology Research Laboratory of Dr. Jay Lazaro.
